Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account from the Thekka Client App or the Thekka Partner (Vendor) App.
We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account at any time directly from within the app. Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
โ ๏ธ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your profile data, project history, wallet balance, and media will be erased and cannot be recovered.
Launch the Thekka app on your Android or iOS device and make sure you are logged in.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile page.
Tap the โฐ Menu icon (top-left) to open the side drawer, then tap Settings.
Scroll down in Settings and tap the Delete Account option shown in red.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Yes, Delete to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.
๐ก Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at thekkasoftware@gmail.com from your registered email or phone number.
Launch the Thekka Partner app on your Android or iOS device and make sure you are logged in.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the โฐ Menu icon to open the side drawer, then select Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the action in the dialog. Your vendor profile, earnings history, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
โ ๏ธ Any pending wallet balance or ongoing projects must be resolved before deleting your account. Unresolved balances will be forfeited upon deletion.

All service requests, project records, and associated media uploads.
