Welcome to Thekka Karo. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Thekka Karo app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

About the Platform

Thekka Karo is a platform that connects users with local construction-skilled workers. The App acts solely as an intermediary and does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services of any worker listed on the platform.

Account Registration

• You must register using a valid phone number and complete OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Plans & Fees

• Lite Thekka: Free to use with basic features.
• Pro Thekka: Available at a platform fee of ₹99.
• The fee is charged solely for access to the platform and its features.
• This fee does not cover or guarantee any worker's services or payments.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users or workers.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.
• Be solely responsible for any content you upload (photos, videos).
• Ensure uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Worker Listings & Hiring

• Workers listed on the platform are independent individuals, not employees of Thekka Karo.
• The App does not verify, certify, or guarantee the skills, qualifications, or background of any worker.
• All hiring decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
• Any agreement, payment, or dispute regarding work is solely between the user and the worker.

Payments Between Users and Workers

The App does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between users and workers. All financial transactions for services rendered are handled directly between the user and the worker outside the platform.

Disclaimer of Liability

Thekka Karo shall not be held responsible for:

• Delay, incomplete, or poor quality of work by any worker
• Worker not showing up or abandoning a job
• Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from user-worker interactions
• Any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from hiring a worker
• Accuracy or completeness of worker profiles or information

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

User-Generated Content

• By uploading photos or videos, you grant Thekka Karo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.
• You retain ownership of your content but are solely responsible for it.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines, is offensive, or is otherwise inappropriate.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights.

Location Data

• Location access is used solely to show nearby workers when you use the search feature.
• You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings.
• We do not continuously track or store your location in the background.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology within the App are the property of Buydate Software Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Misuse the platform in any way

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at thekkasoftware@gmail.com.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes within the App.
